Program Eligibility
This program is reserved for those experiencing hair loss due to:
• Alopecia (Areata, Totalis, or Universalis)
• Chemotherapy or Radiation Treatment
• Trichotillomania or Post-Operative recovery
• Other clinically diagnosed medical conditions
Confidentiality / Discretion
Your privacy is our priority. All medical documentation shared with Vexora is treated with absolute confidentiality and is used solely for the verification of your assistance eligibility. We do not store medical records beyond the verification period.
International: UK VAT Relief
UK residents purchasing for medical reasons may be eligible for VAT relief. We recommend contacting the HMRC National Advice Service (0300 123 1073) or referencing Notice 701/7 before your unit arrives at customs. Vexora will provide any necessary invoices to support your claim.
