Thank you for shopping at Vexora Wigs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for our human hair wigs and Toppers:

We understand the importance of choosing the right wig, and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your selection. Prior to shipment, we provide a detailed video or photo preview of the wig you have ordered. This allows you to review the wig's appearance, style, and other relevant details to ensure it meets your expectations.

Human Hair & Toppers:

- We offer a free return period within 5 days for human hair wigs and toppers. However, please be aware that restocking fees and shipping fees associated with the return process are non-refundable. **

**Terms & Conditions for Returns and Additional Fees:

Your wig must be sent back in the condition it was received. This means the lace is not altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat styled, and all packaging material is in place. For toppers, please ensure that all clips are closed and hair is not tangled in them prior to sending. If clips are open upon us receiving it, an additional $15-$20 will be reduced from your refund. Each item will be inspected before the refund is given. 

A return processing fee of $45, a return shipping fee of $30, and a custom-dyeing fee of $100 will be applied for applicable returns. These fees cover administrative and processing costs associated with the return.

Your orders are eligible for one month of complimentary repair after-sales service, however, please note that this service does not cover the cost of round-trip shipping. For assistance with shipping arrangements, please contact our customer service at

All returns may be subject to restocking fee.

Restocking Fee Are As Follows: 

**NOTE: If you pay via Paypal, an additional 1%-2% will be added to the restock fee due to the higher processing fees charged by this procesor.

Wigs: 15% restocking fee 

Toppers: 15% restocking fee

Wondering why the difference? Restock fees help us cover non-recoverable costs (such as additional shipping costs, insurance costs, packaging costs, and so forth). They also help us cover processing fees, which are not returned to us upon refunding you. Without a restock fee, we unfortunately would need to raise our selling price quite substantially in order to account for these losses so the restock fee does help us offer you the lowest selling price possible. 

Because some of these fees are fixed (not dependent on the purchase price of your hair piece), if the piece cost less, we need a higher % in order to cover these fees. Wigs are more expensive than active wigs, which is why the % can be lower. 

Hopefully this helps you better understanding what and why we charge restock fees. :) We realize they are an unfortunate part of shopping online but do appreciate your understanding as they are a necessary part of running our business and being able to offer you the best selection of products to choose from. 

All sale wigs are a final sale. If for whatever reason you mail your final sale wig back to us for a return, you will be required to pay the shipping costs incurred to get it back to you. 

~ We do NOT offer a cancellation policy. If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped out, a 5% cancelation fee will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that we see the email to cancel prior to it being shipped. If the piece IS shipped out, it will fall under our normal restock fee policy. Please be very certain about your order prior to making it.

Just like with your natural hair, shedding is completely normal and should be expected even with wigs. Overtime hair will shed with wear, washing, styling and day to day activities. Bleached knots will speed this up. We do not offer reventilating services nor do we offer refunds for shedding. Lace tops are especially prone to shedding.

~ At this time we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to purchase another product that may work better, however the restock fee does still apply as there are costs associated with every purchase we do not get back regardless of whether it's returned or exchanged. 

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

- If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. A restocking fee of $39 will be applied, and the initial shipping fee of $49 is non-refundable.


  - The following items are non-refundable:

  - On sale items: Any wig purchased during a promotional sale or with a discounted price is considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

  - Custom-dyed wigs and those with customized sizes (e.g., XS) are non-refundable.

  - Payment Plan purchases: Any items purchased using Sezzle, Affirm, AFTERPAY, ShopPay, or other Payment Plan options cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Return Process:

- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the wig. Ensure the wig is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Wigs:
