Thank you for shopping at Vexora Wigs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for our human hair wigs and synthetic wigs:

We understand the importance of choosing the right wig, and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your selection. Prior to shipment, we provide a detailed video or photo preview of the wig you have ordered. This allows you to review the wig's appearance, style, and other relevant details to ensure it meets your expectations.

Human Hair & Toppers:

- We offer a free return period within 5 days for human hair wigs and toppers. However, please be aware that restocking fees and shipping fees associated with the return process are non-refundable. **

**Additional Fees:

- A return processing fee of $45, a return shipping fee of $30, and a custom-dyeing fee of $100 will be applied for applicable returns. These fees cover administrative and processing costs associated with the return.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

- If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. A restocking fee of $39 will be applied, and the initial shipping fee of $49 is non-refundable.

Exclusions:

  - The following items are non-refundable:

  - On sale items: Any wig purchased during a promotional sale or with a discounted price is considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

  - Custom-dyed wigs and those with customized sizes (e.g., XS) are non-refundable.

  - Payment Plan purchases: Any items purchased using Sezzle, Affirm, AFTERPAY, ShopPay, or other Payment Plan options cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Return Process:

- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at hey@vexorawigs.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the wig. Ensure the wig is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Wigs:

- If you receive a damaged or defective wig, please contact us immediately at hey@vexorawigs.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
