With every medical-grade unit, Vexora provides a comprehensive documentation kit designed to meet global insurance standards:

• Itemized Medical Invoice: Featuring our professional credentials and detailed product coding.

• Technical Specifications: Documentation of the medical-grade materials (Silicone liners, Swiss lace) used in your unit's construction.

• Proof of Purchase: A formalized receipt for your HSA/FSA or private insurance records.

3. Filing for Reimbursement

Step 1: Verification — Contact your provider to confirm if "Cranial Prostheses" (Code A9282) are covered under your durable medical equipment (DME) benefits.

Step 2: Prescription — Secure a written prescription from your oncologist or dermatologist citing medical hair loss.

Step 3: Submission — After purchasing your Vexora unit, submit our detailed invoice along with your prescription to your claims department.

4. FSA & HSA Eligibility
