1. The Golden Rule: No Alterations

• Lace: Must remain UNCUT and in factory state.

• Hair: Must remain UNALTERED (no cutting, coloring, or product usage).

• Styling Requests: If you request our stylists to trim, cut, or customize the hairstyle (e.g., bangs or layers) before shipping, the unit becomes FINAL SALE.

2. Final Sale Items

The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom Orders: All Custom-Dyed units and Custom Sizes (XS/L).

• Sale Items: Any units purchased at a discounted or sale price.

• International: All orders shipped outside the U.S. due to customs complexity.

3. The "Final Approval" Protocol

We believe in total transparency. For all bespoke orders, we provide a Digital Handover (HD photos and videos) for your review before the unit leaves our studio.

✓ Your Approval: Once you have approved the product through our digital consultation, the sale is considered FINAL.

✓ No Unreasonable Returns: We do not accept return requests based on preferences that were already confirmed and approved during the pre-shipment phase.

4. Ready-to-Ship Returns

• Window: You have 5 days from delivery to request a return for qualifying stock units.

• Restoration Fee: A 15% fee applies to all eligible returns to cover the meticulous sanitization and re-styling process.

1. Complimentary Worldwide Delivery

We provide FREE insured express shipping on all orders over $500 USD via DHL Express or FedEx. We do not use budget carriers for our luxury units.

Bespoke / Medical Units: 40 to 45 business days

Custom Sizes (XS/L): 30 to 40 business days

4. The Vexora Security Protocol

Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is non-negotiable. All units are shipped in unmarked packaging with no mention of "wigs" on the exterior box.

Full Valuation Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured. Our responsibility ends only when the package is safely signed for by you.

Signature Required: To prevent theft, all deliveries require an adult signature. We do not authorize packages to be left at doorsteps or with neighbors.

5. Customs / International Duties

International recipients are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their local customs office. Vexora has no control over these government charges. Should a package be returned due to refusal of customs fees, the cost of original shipping and return logistics will be deducted from any potential credit.
